📘 Project Overview

This project explores how machine learning can predict job salaries based on skills, qualifications, and job metadata. We collected 5000+ real-world job postings from the Adzuna API to build a predictive model for salary ranges.

• Data Collection: 5000+ job listings via web-scraping the enbek.kz website
• Preprocessing: Cleaning, one-hot encoding, handling missing values
• Modeling: Linear Regression (Scikit-learn)
• Evaluation: R² and RMSE metrics

📊 Results

• R² Score: 0.65
• RMSE: ~$24,000 variance
• Established a complete ML pipeline despite modest results
